T's & C's

Polite Reminder:

All Pear & Pumpkin garments are pattern drafted and handmade from scratch, using both new and reclaimed fabrics.

By using vintage and reclaimed  fabrics, trims and fastenings, our garments are able to breathe new life into components that could otherwise end up landfill and hurt our beautiful environment/planet.

It’s for this reason that items made using these materials may have small imperfections. Please bare this in mind when placing your order.

EU Shipping

I'm very sad to say that I am unable to ship to anywhere in the EU outside of England, Wales and Scotland. This is due to the new EU GPS Guidelines (as of Dec 2024) which prohibit retail sales to EU countries unless your business can afford to pay safety representatives in those countries. Unfortunately, as a super small handmade business I am unable to do this. This was truly heartbreaking news to me as I had so many amazing EU customers, especially in Northern Ireland/Ireland, France, Germany etc. It's been such a huge blow in the last seven months on my sales. Therefore, I can only sell/ship to English, Scottish or Welsh addresses. I've been told by a few customers that other small businesses are still selling to the EU countries but this maybe that they can afford the representatives or haven't known about the rule changes. A small business can receive a £1000+ fine for doing so which is very scary! I really hope my lovely EU customers understand.
